FLIP was born out of my deep-seated need for creative independence and my unwavering commitment to building for my community. It emerged from a desire to not only create but to restore and beautify the once-vibrant South Shore neighborhood where I grew up. I witnessed firsthand how time and neglect had dulled its vibrancy, and I knew I had the power and the responsibility to restore its former glory.
This firm is my way of teaching my children the meaning of legacy; of forging a path that extends beyond myself, and leaving something that will stand the test of time. At FLIP, we build more than just structures; we create spaces that honor the history of our neighborhoods while paving the way for future generations.
Our mission is not only to rejuvenate the community but to instill pride, innovation, and a sense of belonging.
